2008 - Ink Grade - Cabernet Sauvignon will be harvested on Sunday September 7, 2008 .
If you wish to participate in your crush, please coordinate with your group leader to find a time that works for everyone who would like to participate. NOTE: Your crush time must be within 48 hours of picking the fruit. If you are the group leader, you may Request Crush Timeslot on our online calendar.

Harvest Date Comments
With the very hot weather we have had over the past few weeks and with many wineries picking. The first of Ink Grades harvest confirmations is out albeit a little late and for this I apologize. This year we will be doing many picks at Ink Grade due to the number of blocks and variability of sites within this very large vineyard. If you are receiving this announcement it means that the block that I have assigned to you based on wine style and historic fruit characteristics is being harvested. These early blocks are the lowest yielding and are quite ripe but have good supporting pH and acid this year.
